Hello all, this is our experience we have with our

Brand New £30K Toyota Yaris Cross HyBrid

During 2022/2023 my Late Dear Ann, saw a Toyota Yaris Cross HyBrid

parked in one of our Local roads.

She liked so much that G4APL committed to purchase one for

her, as she does a lot of local driving visiting her many friends

and twice a month Craft Fairs as well as shopping runs.

The main issue is that if the Car is Not Used.

The 'Silly little battery' that controls the car locks and

security, as well as 'throws' main relay to activate the main

traction hybrid battery. Fails due to lack of volts.

My Wife passed away unexpectedly May 2024, and we have a DEAD Car.

Toyota Head Office when phoned, and Passed G4APL to the Main Dealer

near Gatwick.

They are not interested.

When we were at the Local Main Dealer Garage, they advise us
(looking down his nose Paul seated at the time) that we should
be driving 14000, miles per year when we both visited the garage
following a previous failure. Not the 3000-4500 Miles
(Yes the Excellent AA been called out twice. They have their own opinions)

G4APL is NOT a HAPPY Customer.

23.12.2024 (Can Not start it, even with a 30watt solar panel

(as suggested by other Toyota owners) charging

the battery for well over a week many bright sunny days,
Still Very very low volts. Under 2volts (dead)

If we had goggled the car and hybrid battery we would have read about
lot of other unhappy customers. And purchase a petrol car)
